Key Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will lead and manage projects, focusing on areas such as credit risk management, IFRS 9 model development, and ECL computation.
  • They will demonstrate knowledge of loan products and their characteristics, including wholesale loans, auto loans, and mortgage finance.
  • The role also involves developing and implementing credit risk models, including default and recovery rate modeling.
  • Additionally, the incumbent will lead hiring and mentoring initiatives to expand and upskill the execution and delivery team.
  • They will design and monitor detailed project plans, provide regular updates to business leaders, and direct the day-to-day execution of client projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management, IFRS 9, and ECL computation.
  • Experience with loan product development and credit risk modeling.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English language required.
