We are seeking an experienced professional to manage warehousing and inventory control processes for our procurement, import, and warehousing activities.

  • Purpose of Job: The incumbent will work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to oversee warehousing and inventory control operations.">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Understand user requirements and evaluate multiple available products/services in the market.">
  • Compare available goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.">
  • Finalize vendors and costs through RFP processes, considering user requirements and techno-commercial evaluations.">
  • Support users and legal functions for contract execution from a supply chain management perspective.">
  • Handle end-to-end activities related to warehousing and inventory control management for all banking products/devices.">
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product through proper planning and ordering management.">
  • Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, and maintain trackers and repositories.">
  • Cost-saving initiatives through existing contract negotiations with partners/agencies.">
  • Raise agreement needs on time and ensure renewals before expiry.">
  • Handle imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.">
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and imports.">
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure vendor PO issuance and payment on time.">
  • Regularly coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.">
  • Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products daily.">
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.">
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products.">
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.">

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of strong experience in sourcing, imports, and warehousing/inventory control management.">
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.">
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.">

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent qualifications.">
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment and prioritize workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines.">
