**Job Title:** Inventory Control Manager

Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the procurement, import, and warehousing of banking devices and products. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate multiple available products/services in the market to meet user requirements.
  • Compare available goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost through RFP process, taking into account user requirements and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support User and Legal function for contract execution from SCM perspective.
  • Manage end-to-end activities related to warehousing & inventory control management for all banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories accordingly through proper planning and ordering management.
  • Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, and maintain a tracker and repository.
  • Pursue cost savings through existing contract negotiations with partners/agencies.
  • Raise the need for agreements (as per contracting guidelines) well in time and ensure renewal before expiry.
  • Handle imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHAs, and customs departments to arrange materials on time.
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing & inventory, and import.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure vendor PO issuance and payment on time.
  • Regularly coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.
  • Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products daily.
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure products and services are provided with competitive pricing and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 10-12 years of strong experience in sourcing, import, and warehousing & inventory control management.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment and capable of prioritizing workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines.
