Job Title: Associate - Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Associate Procurement Specialist. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for procurement operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Validate Purchase Requisitions and Contracts: Ensure accuracy and compliance in the procurement process by thoroughly reviewing purchase requisitions and contracts.
  • Drive End-to-End Procurement Processes: Lead teams to achieve 100% accuracy and reduce cycle times by implementing efficient procurement processes.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships and Track Product Delivery: Foster strong relationships with vendors and track delivery timelines to ensure timely receipt of products.
  • Support Cost Reduction Initiatives and Vendor Selection: Collaborate with teams to identify cost savings opportunities and select vendors that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee a Team of 6-8 Procurement Professionals: Lead and manage a team to achieve procurement goals by providing guidance, support, and oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years in procurement operations and sourcing
  • 3+ years managing teams
  • Experience with eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle
  • Strong communication and client service skills
