As a Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, you will drive employer branding efforts to position ANSR Global Corporation as a preferred employer among top talent. You will need to understand the company's portfolio of customers, the types of talent they seek, and how to attract them. Your exceptional understanding of the tech talent landscape in India will be crucial in developing effective strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance business priorities with creative communication approaches. You will be responsible for developing timely, compelling communication strategies, spearheading the design and delivery of end-to-end experiences, and integrating communications across Talent Strategy, Engagement & Hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing communication strategies that align with business priorities

- Driving competitive benchmarking research

Requirements:
