Overview

Internal Communications

  • Play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective internal communication strategies for HealthEdge in India, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Design and implement engaging content for various internal and external channels, including newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, and email communications.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, brand voice, and tone across all internal communications, bridging the gap between India offices and global teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish communication priorities, strategize future initiatives, gather content on best practices, and support internal communication platforms.
  • Help ensure leadership is attuned to the voice of HealthEdge employees, promoting a culture of open communication.
  • Partner with Human Resources and other enabling functions to strengthen employee engagement and support communication needs.
  • Advocate for the most effective communication channels and tools, depending on the message, audience, and purpose, and propose innovative strategies.
  • Work with the Global COE to track, measure, and present the effectiveness of internal communications strategy, driving specific strategies to improve effectiveness and impact.

External Communications

  • Support communication strategies and media relations activities for the India region, enhancing HealthEdge's reputation and visibility.
  • Contribute to communication plans, including media releases, blogs, online content, thought leadership articles, media interviews, and reactive statements for external and internal use.
  • Assist the Global communications team and leadership team in driving proactive and positive media coverage, providing support in the form of speeches, press releases, and talking points.
  • Develop key media relationships and networks, responding to media and industry analyst queries with the help of India Leadership and Global teams.
  • Monitor news coverage of competitors and other industry bodies.
  • Support award submissions for HealthEdge in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR & Talent Management Teams to build out and execute internal communication strategies and employee events that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, and various business units to craft and curate content that showcases company culture, values, employee success stories, and professional opportunities to reinforce HealthEdge's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Lead content creation efforts, producing high-quality written content for various mediums, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and more.
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with key company events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally and with our business units' teams to gather information, insights, and stories contributing to impactful content.
  • Continuously refine approaches based on insights to improve engagement and impact.
