Talent Acquisition (90%):

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.">
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.">
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.">
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.">
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks.">
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.">
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.">

Operations (10%):

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.">
  • Support employee relations and handle grievances.">
  • Coordinate training and development programs.">
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.">
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.">
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.">
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.">
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.">
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.">
