Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate our mission of providing career advancement opportunities.

You will manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:

  • Interest Creation: Generate interest in our programs.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by closing sales.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.

  • High Integrity: Demonstrated honesty and strong ethical principles in all dealings.

  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools efficiently.
Salary

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000.
