Job Title: Relationship Growth Manager
Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to foster meaningful relationships with high net worth clients, providing tailored investment advice and exceptional service standards.
- Identify and acquire preferred clients through strategic networking and relationship-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with wealth management teams to prepare reports and coordinate transactions with asset management companies.
- Assist wealth relationship managers in servicing existing clients, ensuring seamless delivery of investment solutions.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold calling and prospect meetings.
- Work closely with product and research teams to design customized portfolio solutions for affluent clients.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field with a minimum of one year's experience in private banking or wealth management.
- Excellent analytical and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high net worth individuals.
- Proven track record of selling mutual funds, portfolio management services, and structured products.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities.
