Strategic Growth Leader

  • Job Description:
  • As a Strategic Growth Leader, you will play a key role in driving the long-term brand strategy for one of India’s most recognized calcium supplement brands. You will be responsible for leading the strategic agenda, working closely with cross-functional teams to unlock growth across both pharmacy and prescription-driven channels.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Brand Ownership: Shape the brand’s purpose, positioning, and expert-facing narrative, with a strong orientation toward the HCP ecosystem.
  • Expert & Channel Marketing: Collaborate closely with expert marketing and medical teams to design high-impact campaigns for doctors, pharmacists, and nutritionists.
  • Commercial & Portfolio Management: Build robust forecasts, pricing plans, and channel activation strategies.
  • Innovation & Portfolio Thinking: Contribute to portfolio evolution by identifying whitespace opportunities, Rx-to-OTC transitions, or format innovations relevant to India’s evolving health landscape.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: MBA from a premium business school (batch 2018/2017)
  • Experience: Prior commercial and marketing experience with a minimum of 5-7 years (2-4 years of marketing experience preferred)
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure, strategic thinking with executional rigor, ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
