We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in driving product experience forward.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to inform product development.
  • Presentation of research findings to clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Design and creation of low and high-fidelity wireframes throughout pre-sales and post-sales phases, facilitating client understanding and buy-in.
  • Collaboration with the development team to drive user journey and ensure efficient design handoff, minimizing potential issues.
  • Development of high-quality user interfaces that meet client expectations and preferences.
  • Close review of development builds and provision of actionable feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are met.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines and basic knowledge of app development processes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Ability to innovate and suggest new concepts to clients, driving product innovation and growth.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of scrum methodologies (a plus), with experience working in agile environments.
