Our Role:

  • Design System Maintenance: Assist in updating design components, tokens, and documentation under senior guidance.
  • UI Production Support: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction.
  • User Testing Participation: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend meetings and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams.
  • Accessibility Standards: Learn WCAG principles and apply them to interface tweaks and redlines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
