Head of Product Design

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. This role requires exceptional visual craft and creative problem-solving skills.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
- Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
- Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
- Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
- Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
- Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
What You'll Work On:
- Redesign our personalized homefeed and article reading experience.
- Launch community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements.
