Job Summary

This pivotal role oversees key human resources functions, encompassing performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organizational design, culture, employee engagement, and relations.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of HR practices and be adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Direct reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer is expected.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Performance Management:">
    • Manage performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting, periodic assessments, and calibration with leadership.">
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.">
    • Implement recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.">
  • Compensation and Benefits Management:">
    • Assist in compensation and benefits administration.">
    • Guide leadership on salary revisions, manage performance bonus payouts, and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.">
    • Experience in job level restructuring.">
  • Learning and Development:">
    • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.">
    • Implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.">
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality training sessions.">
    • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.">
    • Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback to improve training initiatives.">
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:">
    • Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.">
    • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.">
    • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.">
    • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.">
  • Organizational Design and Structure:">
    • Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and improve efficiency.">
    • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for clarity and accountability.">
  • Employee Relations:">
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational development goals.">
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.">

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute, and a minimum of 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry are required.
