Job Summary
">This pivotal role oversees key human resources functions, encompassing performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organizational design, culture, employee engagement, and relations.
">The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of HR practices and be adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Direct reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer is expected.
">Main Responsibilities">- Performance Management:">
- Manage performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting, periodic assessments, and calibration with leadership.">
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.">
- Implement recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.">
- Compensation and Benefits Management:">
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration.">
- Guide leadership on salary revisions, manage performance bonus payouts, and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.">
- Experience in job level restructuring.">
- Learning and Development:">
- Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.">
- Implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.">
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality training sessions.">
- Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.">
- Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback to improve training initiatives.">
- Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:">
- Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.">
- Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.">
- Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.">
- Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.">
- Organizational Design and Structure:">
- Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and improve efficiency.">
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities for clarity and accountability.">
- Employee Relations:">
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational development goals.">
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.">
Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute, and a minimum of 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry are required.

">High professionalism and integrity, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly are essential.
