HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations- Conduct the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Work closely with the HR operations team in Gurgaon HQ to manage and maintain the HRMS effectively.
- Address employee grievances effectively and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Provide support and guidance on employee concerns, fostering a healthy work culture.
- Partner with employees to enhance their work experience and address any issues promptly.
- Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
- Be responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.
- Maintain office hygiene and ensure a conducive work environment.
- Coordinate with the corporate office for any administrative requirements.
- Manage and take care of company assets to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage office requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a generalist HR role.
3. SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Experience with HRMS systems is an added advantage.
A proactive approach to ensuring an excellent employee experience.
