Education Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to provide effective instruction, guidance, and support to students in specific subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver lessons that cater to different aptitudes, learning styles, and interests of students.
  • Maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all students.
  • Promote maximum student participation and assist students in improving study habits.
Lesson Delivery:
  1. Follow the lesson plan prepared along with mentioned resources and activities.
  2. Ensure effective pedagogical styles are used to suit different student needs.
Student Administration:
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school rules and disciplinary systems.
  • Keep a check on basic hygiene and pay attention to health matters seriously and diligently for each child.
Classroom Functioning:
  • Create an effective learning environment through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with parents and provide feedback as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
  • Adhere to all school policies and actively implement them.
  • Participate in professional development through internal and external courses, seminars, conferences, and events.
Work Relations:
  • Interface with Principal for academic related issues.
  • Interact with Co-teachers and other staff members as required.
  • Collaborate with Admin, Finance, HR, Technology for operational issues.
