Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our fast-growing consumer brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing and analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the team to inform future campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
