Job Overview

MRI Software seeks an experienced professional to lead the Lease Abstraction Team in India. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily operations and report directly to the Senior Director of Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Local Managed Services team in India, providing strategic oversight, leadership, and people management for seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with global Business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardization initiatives in India, working closely with the Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to establish policies, procedures, and training programs for India-based teams.
  • Work closely with global and local leadership to ensure common approach and manage resources effectively.
  • Contribute vision and leadership consistently with MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives in support of organizational growth.
  • Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
  • Represent the Managed Services India team in the broader Managed Services leadership structure, addressing unique challenges and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, with a track record of managing global teams or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues through process improvement.
  • Experience in training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring teams to achieve great results.
  • Execution skills, taking concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, problem-solving skills, and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offerings is a plus.
