BIM Project Lead

A seasoned BIM professional with a proven track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously is required to manage and coordinate Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team management, project coordination, client communication, business growth, budget oversight, and the implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues.
  • Client Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Business Growth:
    • Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services.
    • Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.
  • Budget Oversight:
    • Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets and expenses to ensure financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

You must be well versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies.
