Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and outcome-driven financial analyst to join our expanding investment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data for diverse asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for valuation, forecasting, sensitivity, and scenario planning.
  • Present detailed investment recommendations and reports to senior management and the investment committee.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, key metrics, and market trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams for accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to due diligence for corporate finance transactions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in financial modeling and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance, preferably in an investment company, asset management, or private equity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
