Key Compliance Role

A key member of the Legal Department, providing legal and compliance solutions to business.

Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor risk and compliance issues, implementing mitigation/remediation solutions.
  • Provide guidance on policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advising on data protection, privacy legislations, and cyber security compliance.
  • Support on immigration laws in EU, APAC, and MEA, reviewing policy/guidance documents.
Necessary Qualifications
  • LLB/LLM along with relevant experience as compliance counsel in MNCs.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, including Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Immigration, and Mobility.
  • Independent project management skills, interacting with external and internal stakeholders.
