Principal Legal Counsel

This role is designed to be a key member of the legal department, providing diverse legal skill sets and working with highly skilled members of the legal team to deliver legal and compliance solutions to business.

Responsibilities:
1. Implementing and adopting Infosys Whistleblower Program globally, comprised of seven pillars of an efficient corporate compliance program
2. Handling global investigations on various issues, negotiating remediations, and preparing action plans to achieve corporate compliance objectives
3. Contributing to Compliance & Integrity Plan reviews, preparing action plans, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing changes
4. Reviewing and improving whistleblower systems, employee feedback mechanisms in collaboration with HR, and planning training and communications to enhance and grow the whistleblower program
5. Interpreting new regulations and laws by analyzing proposed and adopted state legislation and regulations
6. Effectively handling complaints and investigations, and the remediation process
