">Job Description:- We are seeking a seasoned and versatile legal professional to join our team as a senior lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and governance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic advice on complex legal matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure effective resolution of disputes and management of risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and strategic partnership agreements;
- Providing timely and accurate legal advice to business units on a wide range of matters, including compliance, governance, and risk management;
- Collaborating with the company secretarial function to manage all corporate secretarial responsibilities, including organizing Board and Committee meetings, drafting Directors' Reports, and ensuring timely statutory filings;
- Maintaining accurate records of all secretarial matters and supporting the preparation of the Annual Report and AGMs/EGMs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Law from a recognized institution and admission to the bar;
- Membership with a relevant professional body, such as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India;
- At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams;
- Commercially astute, proactive, and capable of managing complex legal issues across multiple domains.
