Job Title: Corporate Strategy Associate

This is a corporate strategy role where you will work closely with senior leadership and clients to help devise inorganic and growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include working on front-end upstream strategy and M&A consulting, synthesizing key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.

  • Work on devising corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets. Develop relationships with senior leadership and clients through firm-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a global team of consultants to understand client visions and devise strategies that meet their needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess a keen interest in building a career in corporate strategy and M&A consulting.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work in a team.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/Big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred.
