Job Title: Qualified Accountant - Corporate Finance
A challenging opportunity for a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team in the corporate finance department.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified accountant with expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Ind AS requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and improve financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial results to the board of directors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial planning and budgeting strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on corporate finance.
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
