Collection Strategy Lead

At FinAGG Technologies, we are revolutionizing credit access for India's MSMEs by redefining supply chain finance. We seek an experienced professional to lead our pan-India collections strategy across multiple lending partners and geographies.
About the RoleThis leadership position combines deep operational expertise with data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and scale collection operations across digital, field, and legal recovery channels.
- Drive performance across early & late-stage buckets (DPD 30-90+).
- Collaborate with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) and internal teams (credit, tech, legal).
- Built and mentor high-performing field and tele-calling teams.
- Leverage technology & analytics to reduce bounce rates and improve resolution timelines.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in SME lending collections (preferably unsecured/business loans).
- A proven track record of managing pan-India portfolios across delinquencies.
- A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MIS, dashboards, and partner coordination.
- A passion for fintech, MSME lending, and making a real impact.
