Job Description
As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT services team. This role involves ensuring that all team members are meeting their responsibilities and working towards common goals. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing service initiatives that align with our company's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT services team to ensure efficient operation and high-quality support.
  • Design and implement future support offerings and modalities under the guidance of the IT Leadership Team.
  • Maintain documentation for policies and procedures related to all service and support efforts.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on service experience is also necessary. CISA certification is preferred. Additionally, successful execution/completion of technology projects and experience with Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365 technologies, and Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune are required. Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC operating systems, as well as advanced knowledge of networking and personal computer hardware, is also necessary.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities are also essential. Naturally self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are resourceful and innovative problem-solvers are preferred. Passion for technology service and interest in exploring new methodologies are also desirable. Willingness to travel to remote offices and industry events as needed is also a requirement.
