Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager in Corporate Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate secretarial activities for a diverse range of clients, including Listed Companies, Institutionally Funded Entities, Foreign Subsidiaries, Family-Owned Businesses, and NBFCs.
  • Evaluate and implement compliance strategies to ensure timely and accurate adherence to regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
  • Take ownership of client management, providing strategic guidance while supervising junior team members to enhance execution and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance.
  • Review documents prepared by the team regarding board resolutions, minutes, and regulatory filings.
