Job Title: ERP Project Manager

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage large-scale enterprise resource planning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Monitor and track project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers by following up with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks and dependencies to leadership as necessary.
  • Assign clear ownership for all action items to ensure accountability.
  • Sustain project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Foster collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise resource planning programs.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams, including finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, and testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Strong prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience managing D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Ability to thrive in global, cross-functional environments.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
