Overview of the Deputy Manager Enterprise Applications Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Deputy Manager of Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Division Manager in leading and managing the enterprise applications team, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies for enterprise application development, driving innovation and growth.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications, guaranteeing their reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their application needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of security and data integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise applications, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Core Competencies:
  • Enterprise Integration: Integrate core business applications (Workday, ServiceNow, ERP, CRM) to each other and to the data platform, driving seamless communication and data exchange.
  • ServiceNow Management: Lead the ServiceNow platform, implementing its customization and optimization to support business processes effectively.
  • Enterprise Applications Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM technical administration, and data management.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage teams and projects, providing guidance and direction as required.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop strategies, solve problems, and stay updated with trends, applying knowledge and experience to drive business success.
  • Project Management: Manage budgets, resources, and oversee application development, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure application security and regulatory compliance, upholding high standards of data protection and governance.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet application needs, promoting collaboration and cross-functional understanding.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
