As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving finance system transformation for leading global manufacturing clients. This involves implementing ERPs and providing process assessment and improvement services to achieve financial efficiencies.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive front office transformation roadmaps and strategies for manufacturing clients, incorporating product evaluation and solution design.
- Lead teams of consultants and implementers in project-based engagements, identifying opportunities through business connections and relationships within the organization.
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate and improve their business processes, from level 1 to level 4, leveraging your analytical skills and ability to innovate.
- 8+ years of experience in finance system transformation, including ERP implementation and process consulting, preferably with exposure to manufacturing clients.
- Expertise in advising on ERP selection, implementation, and process assessment, with a strong understanding of industry benchmarking, product evaluation, and design of business architecture.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with multiple ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and an ability to integrate with other boundary systems.
