Job Title: Finance Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Seeking an experienced finance professional to lead finance system transformations, including implementing ERPs and finance process consulting.
  • The ideal candidate will advise manufacturing clients on ERP selection, implementation, and process assessment, creating roadmaps to achieve finance efficiencies.
  • Responsibilities include executing breakthrough domain consulting engagements, supporting the sales cycle from business development to proposal development, and guiding technical teams for POC/solution development.
  • Other responsibilities include developing use cases, contributing to thought leadership papers, participating in industry forums, and representing the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in front office transformation (Oracle/SAP/Other ERPs) consulting, including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, defining strategy, and business case.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform are preferred, as well as experience with all finance modules (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • We are looking for a candidate with exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with other boundary systems such as Onestream/Hyperion etc.
  • The ideal candidate will also guide technical teams in design and implementation, understand business processes (L1-L4), and evaluate and suggest improvements to clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (prefer engineering, finance, accounting), ME, MBA, CPA etc.
  • Hands-on with ERP implementations.
  • Lead teams at least at a module level.
