Job Overview:
  • The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and reporting on all aspects of talent acquisition to improve candidate and employee experience.
  • This role will gain a deep understanding of various systems and partner with HR/IT in administration, ultimately partnering to transition to Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize processes for People & Culture that provide a foundation for effective service delivery.
  • Provide data insights to answer key business questions, leveraging analytics to enhance employee experience, operational processes, and workforce planning.
  • Develop dashboards and reports, assess usage, and enable self-service for the business.
  • Create Workday training documentation and train the team on new features.
  • Participate in the Workday Community and build a network of peers to share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of key processes across People & Culture.
  • Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data for predictive people analysis.
  • Aptitude for learning and configuring HCM systems, ability to diagnose tier 1 issues.
  • Strong collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and IT.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in human resources operations and/or shared services.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applications, ADP and Workday preferred.
