Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in Microsoft Dynamics finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Craft innovative workarounds to meet client requirements without custom code
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and custom code
  • MATCH client needs with technological capabilities and Microsoft's release plans
Key Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance operations
  • Analyze, plan, configure, test, and implement Project Management Accounting Module
  • Collaborate with business users to define requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents
  • Support technical team members with customization
  • Work with project teams on testing, roll-out, and post-live support
  • Educate and train key users at client sites
  • Handhold customers during UAT, GO Live, and Hype-care phases
  • Demonstrate understanding of business processes and practices
  • Knowledge of project implementation methodology
  • ERP configuration, system design, and data upload using Excel templates

Skills Required: 1-4 years of experience in D365 finance and PMA specialization
