Our company is a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider that offers premium service offerings and differentiated value propositions to solve clients' critical business problems proactively.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness, processing new orders on a web-based system, and clarifying customer enquiries. You will also maintain high levels of accuracy and ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of activities in our internal systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also have experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and salesforce.com is a plus.
