Capital Markets and Investment Banking Advisory Professional

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional to lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to equity fundraising and investment banking transactions, along with a deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance.

The successful candidate will advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring, ensuring all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.

This role requires the ability to manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.

Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.

The successful candidate will stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, supporting in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.

This role is for someone who can collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
