Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager - Capital Markets

- Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams">
- Create compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and handle all aspects of deal structuring">
- Drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure with a focus on speed, alignment, and client satisfaction">
- Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding">
- Track conversion metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to leadership">
- Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement">
Requirements:

- Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models">

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling">
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently">
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously">
