Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. The role requires a mix of leadership, business development, and relationship management skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for the Surat region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales activities, set targets, and track performance.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric financial solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the financial services, NBFC, or banking sector is essential.
- Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred).
