Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in new business development and sales/key accounts management/global business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on customer-driven innovations and new application fields.
  2. Become a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and goals, and aligning them with our solutions.
  3. Achieve or exceed sales targets by applying the overall sales process, emphasizing value and volume.
  4. Build relationships with customers, working closely with the customer service team and material planning team to fulfill orders.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient product and service planning.
  6. Continuously improve product and customer mix by introducing profitable products with real value propositions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in new business development and sales/key accounts management/global business.
  • B.E. Chemicals degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
