Job Title: Executive/Production Manager
">Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive/Production Manager to oversee and manage the production process within a company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:
- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and resource availability.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and tools.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Team Supervision:
- Lead and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- Postgraduate degree in any field
