Job Overview

As a key member of the GE HealthCare team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across various medical equipment platforms. Your expertise in servicing complex imaging devices like CT, MRI, Cath Lab, C-ARMs, PETCT, and others will drive business growth while maintaining high-quality standards.

In this position, you will lead by example, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. With your technical acumen and industry knowledge, you will diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 8+ years of experience in servicing similar medical equipment. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high work standards while driving ownership and accountability within the team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Technical Leadership: Develop and implement effective technical strategies to enhance equipment performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
+ Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with doctors, technicians, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, address concerns promptly, and drive customer satisfaction.
+ Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities, develop targeted solutions, and drive business expansion in assigned geographic areas.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum 8+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment like CT, PET CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
