Cloud Computing Expert

We seek a seasoned cloud computing professional with extensive experience in modernizing legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. Key responsibilities include driving containerization efforts, defining CI/CD pipelines, enforcing SaaS architecture best practices, collaborating closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams, conducting code reviews, and evaluating optimal Azure/AWS services for migration and greenfield development.

Requirements
  • .NET Expertise: 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of cloud platforms - Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP
  • Containerization Tools: Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  • SaaS Architecture: Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures
  • Microservices and REST APIs: Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Databases: Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments
  • DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Event-driven Architectures: Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • AKS/EKS and Serverless Computing: Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
  • Zero Trust Architecture: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  • Legacy Application Modernization: Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture
