Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineering Lead with 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering and 7+ years in presales, specializing in cloud domains.

The ideal candidate will design and propose cloud architectures using open-source orchestrators like CloudStack, virtualization, and automation technologies in complex multi-tenant environments.

The successful candidate will engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions, communicating key differentiators effectively.

  • Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing to set the stage for successful implementation.
  • Connect technical project requirements with business needs, ensuring position success.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, highlighting product differentiators.
  • Presentation-ready solution proposals and technical documents.
  • Manage or deliver technical validation activities, including Proof Of Concepts.
Mandatory Skills
  • Cloud solution implementation experience in enterprises. Thorough understanding of cloud concepts, knowledge of private cloud platforms (VCloud, OpenStack, CloudStack).
  • Virtualization knowledge (ESXi/KVM), container technologies (Kubernetes), network/application security, infrastructure hardening, web/database security.
  • Enterprise products/solutions (Storage, Security, Compute).
  • Excellent written communication, proposal preparation, RFP responses, BoQs.
  • Presentations, composure in front of technical/business customers/prospects.
  • Dynamic environment adaptability, managing Proof Of Concept activities.
  • Project/responsibility management, standardization/simplification drive.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the field.
