We're looking for a professional who'll develop effective risk management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and mitigate risks within our Technology and Product teams.
  • Design, implement, and test controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and deep dives to identify areas of improvement.
  • Proactively manage risks to minimize the impact of major incidents, breaches, or non-compliance issues.
  • Record, handle, and report on risk incidents in a timely manner.
  • Deliver actionable risk insights for senior management, including data-driven reports and monitoring metrics.
  • Develop and communicate effective operational risk management policies and guidelines.
  • Review and update relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, software, hardware, and data flows, as well as their impact on organisational risk.
  • Knowledge of technology product delivery with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles based on audience and expectations.
  • Proficiency in defining risk appetite, risk impact, and identifying risk likelihood.
  • Capacity to quickly assume responsibilities and provide support to stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in interpreting and organising complex data.

Nice to Have:
  • Technical skills in data analysis and SQL.
  • Experience with SOX controls.
