Drive Sustainable Poverty Alleviation

As a dedicated professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable poverty alleviation through strategic investment in education, livelihood, health, and environment support to underprivileged communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive baseline studies of identified underprivileged communities and identify key campaign issues.
  • Implement critical interventions with partner organizations and stakeholders to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation.
  • Mobilize communities to engage in their own development, including regular visits and collaboration with partner organizations and stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality projects that showcase holistic development through mainstreaming displaced, migrated, and underserved populations.
  • Effectively manage grants by working closely with partner organizations and ensuring timely flow and utilization of funds.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) for the project, including quarterly and annual reports.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in developing partnerships and on-ground implementation.
  • Able to deliver results-driven outcomes, work independently, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex processes, program management, volunteer engagement, and networking.
  • Desirable: experience in sports-related projects.
