As a Commercial Audit Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial statement audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of accounting and auditing experts to achieve audit objectives and drive business growth
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Perform analysis and present findings to stakeholders, including presentation and disclosure impact analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial audit leadership with expertise in US GAAP and GAAS
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification
  • Proficiency in Caseware and Caseview is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Industry exposure: General Commercial, with a preference for construction industry experience and reviews/compilations background
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor and team player attitude
