Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess site conditions and identify potential challenges.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions.
  • Determine comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to guarantee that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, considering technical, financial, and logistical factors.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Monitor project costs and variations, tracking expenses and identifying deviations from the budget.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with proven experience as a Site Engineer (5+ years) or similar role in the construction industry.
