Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved schedules, quality standards, and environmental regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drawing up resource plans as per approved schedules for assigned areas of work;
  • Preparing work methods for incorporation into project quality plans;
  • Carrying out construction, erection, and testing activities in accordance with approved drawings and work methods, meeting quality and safety requirements within specified time and budget constraints;
  • Implementing quality checks and retaining documented information;
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of resources for desired productivity levels;
  • Orienting site personnel on quality and safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering;
  • At least 15 years of experience in civil construction, including 5 years in a management role;
  • Experience in breakwater construction, both on land and marine sites;
  • Familiarity with wave and tidal effects and ability to plan work methodology accordingly;
  • Knowledge of quarry-related activities;
  • Ability to interpret bathymetry and topography surveys;
  • Experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.
