As a Zonal Business Manager, you will lead and grow the business by developing, implementing, and monitoring a customer-centric national business plan in collaboration with Field Leaders and cross-functional partners to optimize the customer experience.
- Grow the business through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with Field Leaders and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
To be successful as a Zonal Business Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales team management experience.
- The ability to understand changing dynamics of the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Market knowledge and network are desirable.
- Pre-launch activities and sales expertise in Healthcare/Pharma-related business.
- Desirable requirements include cardiovascular experience.
The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, change management abilities, coaching skills, collaboration skills, commercial excellence, complexity management, compliance, ethics, financial literacy, healthcare sector knowledge, influencing skills, leadership, management, mentorship, problem-solving skills, professional communication, and teamwork capabilities.
