Role: International Growth Strategist

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an International Growth Strategist.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage top-tier freelance consultants from leading consulting firms through targeted outreach efforts
  • Conduct interviews to assess consultant expertise and ensure alignment with our business goals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of independent consultants aligned with client demand
  • Develop trusted relationships by understanding consultants' career goals and positioning our platform as their preferred choice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align consultant acquisition with project needs
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication skills, able to express themselves professionally, clearly, and concisely
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable
